We Accept a Limited Number of Projects at a Time
Our focus is on clients who value permitted work, inspection success, and professional subcontractor coordination. If a project is not planned for compliance and predictable scheduling, we do not accept it.
Who We Work With
• Homeowners planning permitted renovations or additions
• Commercial property owners and multifamily operators
• Insurance-restoration projects that require reconstruction under permit
Who We Do Not Work With
• Handyman-style or cash projects
• Requests for unpermitted work
• “Ballpark only” pricing conversations
• Projects with no defined scope or property address
• Requests to act as a qualifying agent for hire
• Requests to self-perform electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work
Project Readiness Requirements
Before requesting project review, all of the following must already be known:
• Property address
• Defined scope priorities
• Target start timeline
• Funding source (cash, insurance or lender)
• Whether the property is vacant or occupied
• Client has reviewed the Services & Project Scopes page
Our Process
-

1. Initial Scope Review
We confirm priorities, constraints, and required trades.
-

2. Site Verification
We verify existing conditions, measurements, and required documentation.
-

3. Permit & Coordination Plan
We outline permit path and align with the required licensed subcontractors.
How To Request A Project Review
We do not use open contact forms or phone call scheduling before project qualification.
If your project meets all readiness requirements, email:
support@maxinemiata.com
Your email must include:
Property address
Scope summary (minimum 6 sentences)
Funding type (cash / insurance / lender)
Intended start timeline
Whether the property is occupied or vacant
Photos or inspection reports if available
If the project aligns with our schedule and scope criteria, we will follow up to outline next steps.
What To Expect If Approved
If your project is accepted for review:
• We schedule a planning call and discuss next steps
• Subcontractor pricing and scheduling begins after scope clarity
• Permits (when required) are routed before work begins
• Work is performed by licensed subcontractors only
• Inspections are sequenced for first-pass approval
• Final close-out includes documentation and sign-off
If the project does not align with our criteria, we may provide referrals.
